Kenya to unveil a $22.9bn 2016/17 budget

The government of Kenya is expected to unveil a 22.9 billion dollars budget for the 2016/17 financial year, with a key spending focus on infrastructure, security and energy. CNBC Africa’s Charles Gitonga spoke to Stanley Ngundi, Tax Manager at Ernst & Young on some of the concerns as the country’s heads to the new fiscal period.
